Nan
Bar Manager.

30 years old in August 2007. Nan is a easy going Thai lady. She enjoy life in the bar and is easy to talk to. Her English is good and she likes to talk and laugh together with the customers.
 -Of course I like to share a laugh and maybe a drink with some of the customers who comes here. Specially the regulars that becomes like a friend to us. Her favourite drink is Black & Coke and also Heineken if she is up for a beer.

Nan loves her boyfriend Mattias and feels lonely the months without Mattias.
 -It is good to have the bar to run and my sister close to me. It helps the time to go little bit quicker, she says.

She have a dream to sometime travel with Mattias to Sweden to meet his family and see his home and country.
 -It would be nice to go there, maybe my future is there so it would be nice to see it first, she says.
Until then she is focus on the bar and make the best of that for her and her boyfriend, her sister and all the ladies and of course most important of all, for You all customers coming to Roxy.

Su
Cashier

23 years old, younger sister of Nan. She have been working as cashier for some years and likes the job. Her English have improved significantly since she a couple years ago started to work as cashier in an other bar.
-That is the best with this work, she says. And she means that her English keeps improving every week.
-And always having some good friends that working her that I can talk and eat with, she add.
Su is a smart young Thai girl, who will make sure Your bill is in order.

Mattias Svedberg
 Nans boyfriend

33 years old Mattias is a calm and down to earth kind of man. As he is Swedish but he sees him self most of the time on other places then in his home country. After 4-5 year working career in the paper manufacturing he was laid of in a major cut down in the organisation 2003. And during a backpacking trip around the world he met his girlfriend Nan. They stay together during the winter months as from November until April-May. During the other time of the year Mattias mostly working on Iceland in a butchering company. 
 -I like my work in Iceland very much but the downside is to be apart from the woman I love and care for, he says.

Mattias likes to be a part of the bar project and can often be seen sitting at the computer in Roxy, picking the songs. He have done the play lists  that the music are played from.
 -I think we have great music here and that confirms often from the customer, Mattias says with a proud look in his face. Tune!!

When he is not picking the music for you, there is a big chance that you might see him on one of the golf courses around Pattaya. Mattias tries to play a couple of times a week.
